Good news for all the Transformers fans out there is that GM has just announced via live broadcast to all its dealers that they will be producing a limited edition of the 2010 Camaro as a Bumblebee version.

The vehicles will be available from 1st June and production will continue through to December. The colour will yellow with black racing stripes and is based on the classic Bumblebee Camaro that featured in the first movie. Some neat litle finishes are Transformers badging on the wheel centers, side sill plates and an embroidered console lid.

The limited edition model will be available in the LT or SS models.

The only bummer is that the vehicle will NOT actually transform
