Video: Ford Focus RS vs Renault Megane RS Shootout

It’s the shootout we’ve all been waiting for and the journo’s from Autocar have headed out into the twisties of Spain to put the new Ford Focus RS up against the new Renault Megane RS.

Their mission: See if the Renault Megane RS can keep up with the Ford. The Ford Focus RS is powered by a 2.5-litre engine that develops 305 PS and 440 Nm and needs 5.9 seconds to reach 100 km/h. The Renault Megane RS is powered by a smaller 2.0-litre engine that’s good for 250hp and 340Nm of torque.
