untitled 1 Video: Ford Focus RS vs Renault Megane R26.REver wondered who would come out tops if you took a Ford Focus RS and put it up against a Renault Megane R26 for a couple of laps around the famous Silverstone GP Race Circuit. Well the guys from Drivers Republic did just that and it makes for some great in-car video viewing.

Check out the video and take a lap around the circuit in each vehicle to see who comes out tops!

    Great comparison! I just wrote a short post about Focus RS (click on my login), the car deserves it’s praises. It’s amazing! It doesn’t have any competition on the market now! You have to remember that megane is “stripped” version. RS is a fully equipped family hatchback:)

    I’m somehow not convinced by the Megane looks… But You cant deny that Renault is getting sharper… New models are good looking, and it seems that they will be even faster.

    BTW. Renault – Red wheels? Cmon :)

    I have to agree about the looks. The Renault doesn’t come close to the Ford’s aggressive stance.
    I’m sure if Ford also stripped all the extra’s out of the Focus RS it will improve on the lap times as well :)
