In the latest episode of Top Gear, Richard Hammond piloted the Bugatti Veyron and challenged the McLaren F1 driven by The Stig to the most amazing drag race ever.

The Bugatti Veyron is one of the most amazing technical achievements in the automotive industry. It’s also one of the most expensive cars on the market and the fastest production model. But also about 15 years ago, the McLaren F1 was the king of the road. The McLaren F1 was the fastest car of its time, with a top speed of 240 mph and the most expensive road car.

The Top Gear crew decided on Abu Dhabi as the location for this shootout. Because of its climate there’s hardly no rainfall and the roads in Abu Dhabi are long and straight with smooth as race track like surfaces.
