The guys from Autocar UK really like to put vehicles through their paces when testing. When it came to testing the Tesla Roadster, they had one big question: Will it drift?

With a 0 to 60 mph time of just 5.0 seconds and a top speed of 130 mph it certainly has enough grunt for it. Quite amazing to think that this little electric motor outputs 248 bhp and 276 lb.-ft. of torque.

The answer to the question is Yes.The test was conducted on a wet track though, so we would be very keen to see if it can repeat the task on a dry circuit.
